Memories

Memories are flooding in on my social media, of past goals being reached reminds me that where there’s a will, there’s ALWAYS a way!

So many times during training runs where I questioned my abilities, mental and physical strengths and yet, I did it!

Countless conversations and sharing of training plans, camaraderie and accountability with others!

All accumulated in reaching the coveted ‘Finish’ line twice at the Dublin City Marathon! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

It’s very empowering to remember our past achievements! This practice can really benefit us by reminding us that we CAN and motivating us to keep going, even when the going gets rough…

What are your biggest achievements?
What makes you proud of yourself?
What goals have you reached, in the past, that will always remind you how amazing/resilient/strong you are?

If you want clarity to create an action plan, motivation to get started and accountability to stick to the programme, then send me a message or give me a call. It may well be the first step towards achieving your goal!

P.S. On a side note… remember the dilemma with the two hole puncher on Monday? Well, today I can’t locate my stapler!
What on earth is the Universe trying to tell me??? 🙈🙈🙈
