The Fear Factor

Once we step out of the familiar, this can bring with it, a certain element of fear.

It’s important to note here, that this fear shouldn’t be so strong that it’s debilitating and stops you in your tracks. That would be counter productive!

Some people call it fear of the unknown and we often hear the words,

‘Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway’

Once we start to engage in this part of the journey, it’s like dipping our toes into a cold swimming pool…

We may retract and go back to our comfort zone for a while and yet now that we have a taste of the unknown, we can never quite settle back into what ‘was’ as we have known it.

We can keep dipping our toes for a while, get a little braver until eventually we jump right in and embrace the new and exciting stage of our journey.

As long as we continue to take the steps that we need to, we can and will leave our comfort zones and enter new pastures full of potential and possibilities!

It STARTS with the first step.

And if you find that you are unsure what the first step is, that you feel like you are pivoted to the same spot in murky waters and need some help to become ‘unstuck’, maybe I can help you.

Please feel free to give me a call or send me a message.
